It varies from one person to another. Some clients feel no discomfort at all. Topical anaesthetics are applied to control pain tolerance. How will I look straight after the procedure?
-
The colour will be most visible and considerably darker when the procedure is first carried out. This will diminish during the healing process which is normally between 5-10 days. The treatment area will lighten about 30% and in many cases. There may be some lightly pigmented areas, this is why a second touch up treatment will be carried out usually a month later to ensure that the colour settles down to the desired effect. There may also be some reddening or swelling which will subside within a few hours normally. It is advisable to avoid any important events shortly after the procedure.
Will it look natural?
-
This will to an extent depend on the amount of hair one already has and the type of skin. The end result often looks very natural. Your permanent makeup will look more dramatic for the first 3-5 days.
